Order Terms and Conditions

1. Off-the-Shelf Components

Standard inventory items are subject to our traditional Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. All return requests for off-the-shelf stock must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and are subject to final inspection and approval by Powerline Microelectronics.

2. Brokered and Sourced Components (NCNR)

All components sourced via external brokerage, allocation, or third-party open-market procurement are strictly Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Absolute Finality of Sales: Once a purchase order for brokered components is accepted, the sale is final. No cancellations, modifications, or cash refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
• 15-Day Inspection & Reporting Window: Buyers have a strict period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect brokered components and report any defects, shortages, or material discrepancies (including claims of erroneous, incorrect, or mismatched parts). Failure to notify Powerline Microelectronics in writing within this 15-day window constitutes final, irrevocable, and absolute acceptance of the goods.
• Erroneous or Rejected Shipments: In the event that a shipment is rejected by the buyer due to a claim of erroneous, incorrect, or non-conforming parts supplied by our vendors, the transaction remains strictly bound by our NCNR and final sale policies. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued.
• Credit Memo Issuance: Upon safe return and quality verification of the rejected parts at our facility, Powerline Microelectronics will solely issue an official Credit Note based on the final invoiced value of the affected order.
• 90-Day Expiration: All issued Credit Notes are valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Unused credits after 90 days will automatically expire and become null and void. Credit notes are non-transferable and may only be applied toward future purchases with Powerline Microelectronics.

3. Mandatory RMA Requirement

No returns of any kind will be accepted at our facility without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box. Unauthorized shipments will be rejected at our dock and returned to the sender at their own expense.
